A confirmation email will be sent to you for you to acknowledge your order.
Our operation time is 9am to 7pm (Singapore Time) from Monday to Sunday.
You can place your order any time you like as we are an online store. Kindly be noted that we only accept pre-order min. 1 day in advance. Should you require any urgent order or would like to customise an order, please send a WhatsApp message to +65-84887296 before 11pm.
We are an online store and we do not have a physical store at the moment.
We are not obliged to send photos of finished floral arrangement to customers, especially during peak periods as we conduct quality checks to ensure all our floral arrangements are in good condition before sending them out. However, we will try our best to do so if requested.

Absolutely. Our customized arrangements are extremely popular.
However, we would require at least 72 hours advanced notice. Do also note that the request of the type of flowers are subject to availability as well.
You can fill up your requirements or WhatsApp +65-84887296. We will then contact you and send you 3 proposals for your consideration. Do rest assured that we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
Yes, we do provide our own special design card (A7 size) for you to put in your message. For Congratulatory Floral Stand & Sympathy Floral Stand, we will use A4 size card instead.
For any alterations to your orders, please email us at sales@elove.sg or WhatsApp +65-84887296 with your order number as the subject header. Requests must be made at least one day before the delivery date. We are unable to process changes for orders that are already prepared and/or in transit.
We seek your understanding that we are unable to make any changes for all seasonal period like Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and National Day.
Please call, WhatsApp +65-84887296 or email sales@elove.sg as soon as possible, if possible, at least one day before delivery so that your changes can be considered. Please include your order number to help our staff process your request fast. Do note that no amendments can be made once your order has been crafted and is out for delivery.
All purchases made from www.elove.sg are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, on the rare occasion that things do not go according to level of standard, we will endeavour to exchange for an equivalent or higher value product or issue a store credit for your next purchase of the same or higher value.
Absolutely, you can order from overseas. However, orders are delivered within Singapore only.
It means that the featured flowers will be doubled for Deluxe bouquet. Fillers & foliage will be added accordingly to suit the design of the bouquet and might not necessarily be doubled.
Do note that no flowers are the same, hence each arrangement is unique. Arrangement is subjected to the flowers’ size and direction. Do note that variances may occur, and the final product may not resemble the picture shown. All flowers, fillers and foliage are seasonal and may vary depending on the availability. We will contact you if the featured flowers are not available. However, if any of the flowers/foliage are unavailable, we will replace them at our own discretion. Rest assured that we will always craft out beautiful arrangement for you.
We offer island-wide delivery in Singapore.
Free Delivery: island-wide delivery with net purchase of $130 and above
Standard Delivery: $15 island-wide delivery with net purchase below $130
Specific Time Delivery: $25 delivery fee with any net purchase for specific delivery time between 10am – 7pm for all locations.
Night Time Delivery: $45 delivery fee with any net purchase for delivery time from 7pm to 12am for all locations.

All our deliveries are available everyday including weekends and public holidays.
There are 2 time slots:
Morning: 10am to 2pm
Afternoon: 2pm to 7pm
If you have a specific delivery time that you would like to request for, please contact us at +65- 84887296 and we will get back to you on our availability. We will do our best to accommodate. Please take note that there will be an additional charge for special delivery time for any net purchases.
In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no one home to receive the flower arrangement, we will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location. Please note that if the recipient’s delivery address provided is incorrect and we are unable to reach the recipient within 10 minutes, the items will be re-delivered back to us and a re-delivery fee of $20 will be charged to the sender.
No, we deliver our products within Singapore only.
We accept Paynow, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Grab Pay, WeChat and Ali Pay.
Certainly, you can make payment even if you are overseas as long as it complies with our available Payment Methods.
